Family Insurance Center, LLC is a growing independent agency with a hometown connection with eight locations throughout Northeast Wisconsin & North Central working for our communities. Due to our continued growth, we are searching for an applicant to represent our agency as a Commercial Lines Account Manager. Account Managers will service new and existing insurance policies, cross-sell new policies to existing customers, as well as assist the sales team in writing new business.
Responsibilities

Using Agency Customer Management System

Provide superior Customer Service to all clients

Assist sales staff with quoting and selling of new policies

Work with other account managers to ensure daily tasks are completed

Communicate effectively via Phone, Email, and Microsoft Teams

Work with several insurance carriers to find the best solutions for our customers
Knowledge and Skill sets
