Family Insurance Center, LLC is a growing independent agency with a hometown connection with eight locations throughout Northeast Wisconsin & North Central working for our communities. Due to our continued growth, we are searching for an applicant to represent our agency as a Personal Lines Account Manager. Account Managers will service new and existing insurance policies, cross-sell new policies to existing customers, as well as assist the sales team in writing new business.
Responsibilities
- Using Agency Customer Management System
- Provide superior Customer Service to all clients
- Assist sales staff with quoting and selling of new policies
- Work with other account managers to ensure daily tasks are completed
- Communicate effectively via Phone, Email, and Microsoft Teams
- Work with several insurance carriers to find the best solutions for our customers
Knowledge and Skill sets
- Time Management and prioritization skills
- Ability to Multi-Task
- Basic Knowledge of Microsoft Office and other computer programs
- Superior Communication skills and ability to work in a team setting
- Creative Problem Solving
- Comfortable in a fast growing and forward-thinking culture
