This includes, but is not limited to, phone calls, email messages, and SMS/MMS cellular text messaging. If you do not wish to be contacted by one of these methods, please notify our agent or employee to opt out of a specific method and indicate your communication preference going forward.

Text and Email Messaging Opt-In data is not shared with any third parties.

By obtaining a quote or purchasing a policy from Family Insurance Center, you are permitting our agent or employee to collect non-public personal information from a variety of sources. This information is necessary to properly underwrite and rate your insurance policy or conduct other transactions related to your insurance policy.

Sources of information include, but are not limited to:

Information provided by you to an agent or employee

Information provided by you to a non-Family Insurance Center party, such as a company we represent

Information collected from you on an application, questionnaire or similar documentation

Information about your transactions with us, our affiliates, or others

Information we receive from a consumer reporting agency that provide us with information such as driving records, claim history, and credit information

Medical or financial information or disclosures

The Information We Disclose.

We do not disclose any non-public personal information about our customers except as permitted by law. In some cases, this information can be disclosed to third parties without your authorization. These disclosures may include those made to your insurance company, appraisers, independent adjusters, insurance regulators, and/or your mortgage lender or lienholder. It is the agency’s normal procedure that your policy could be remarketed for purposes of renewing or replacing it. We do not sell our customer lists or other customer information.

Texting Opt-in & Opt-out.

Text messaging opt-in data and consent is not shared with any third parties. You can opt-out of receiving text messages by replying STOP to any text message or notifying any agent or employe of Family Insurance Center that you wish to Opt-Out of any future messages.

How We Protect Your Personal Information.

We Maintain Physical, Electronic, and Procedural Safeguards to protect your personal information. These safeguards include but are not limited to:

Access to customer data is restricted to agents or Employees of Family Insurance Center. This information can be accessed when it is necessary to assist in providing requested services by the customer.
