Program Description
Family Insurance Center LLC (“We”, “Us”, “Our”) offers a Mobile Messaging Program (“The Program”) available to all customers (“You”, “Your”) of the agency, subject to the following terms and conditions (“Terms”). As part of the program, you will receive periodic messages from Family Insurance Center LLC. Message Frequency may vary. Messages will be used to communicate information specific to your account. No coverage can be bound, altered or cancelled via the Mobile Messaging Program until written confirmation is provided by an agent of Family Insurance Center LLC.
Opting In
By signing up for our Mobile Messaging Program, you consent to receive informational messages via SMS/MMS and agree to the terms of this program. Message and Data rates may apply. Frequency may vary. Consent is not required for purchases.
Opting Out
To stop receiving text messages from us, reply STOP to any message. You may receive a confirmation text upon opting out. Only these exact commands will be honored. After Opting Out you will no longer receive SMS or MMS messages from us.
Cost and Frequency
Standard Messaging and Data rates apply. Message frequency will vary depending on the conversation and your engagement. If you have any questions about your text or data plan, please contact your wireless provider.
Interruption
Family Insurance Center and its phone carrier(s) are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
